Kids Yoga

 

Kids Yoga Classes @ Bright Boot Camp & Co.

TERM 4 2018

Dates: Monday 12 November to Monday 17 December (6 Weeks)

Time: 4-5pm

Where: Bright Bootcamp & Co, 73 Churchill Ave Bright

Cost: $70 for the term

 

Bright Kids Yoga is aimed at children from 5 to 11 years old. Run on a term basis kids will be introduced to yoga poses specifically tailored for young bodies, breathing and meditation through stories, journeys, music, yoga games and guided visualisations in a fun, creative and supportive environment.

Combining creative play with traditional yoga these classes offer a fun experience for kids to:

  • explore their imagination through sequences of poses and exercises revolving around both the natural and fantasy worlds;
  • develop their physical strength, fitness, flexibility, coordination and endurance while cultivating balance and concentration;
  • increase resilience and confidence and learning values such as respect, sharing and caring for others;
  • have fun and meet new friends.

This classes are limited to 15 places, first in first served basis, so please if you are wanting to enroll your child don’t delay.

Siblings can attend the same class depending on age and development. If you have questions about the class and wish to discuss them with Emily please call 0431 423 442.

Kids Yoga School Holiday Workshop

Where: Bright Bootcamp & Co, 73 Churchill Ave Bright

Cost: $20 ($10 for an additional sibling)

Bring your school age kids along for a yoga workshop over the Easter holidays. Suitable for kids age 5-10 years this workshop will include all of the elements of a kids yoga class and MORE… We’ll tell stories through movement, play yoga games, practice some partner poses and design sequences. In addition we’ll also get crafty making some colourful nature mobiles or mandalas.

Leave your child in, registered yoga teacher, Emily Rose’s safe hands for a few hours to move their body, shake their sillies out and then relax and calm down through breathing and meditation…

Bring along a packed lunch for your child as we’ll take a half hour break to eat. Fruit will also be provided.

Come along to check out what kids yoga is all about or if you’ve been before take this opportunity to have yoga fun for 3 whole hours!
