ABOUT YOUR HOSTS
Emily has practised many styles of yoga over the past 18 years but has settled recently on a strong yet slow vinyasa style that blends building strength with a softer more meditative, often philosophical side. After finishing teacher training in Hot and Vinyasa yoga in Melbourne Emily has also completed Prenatal, Postnatal and Restorative yoga teacher training with Bliss Baby Yoga and Yin Yoga and Mindfulness training with Sarah Powers. She has been teaching for 3 years and is registered with Yoga Australia (Level 1) and Yoga Alliance Australia® (350 Hour RYT).
Emily loves whole foods, nature, adventure activities, mountains, the energetic and mindfulness practices of Yoga, Taoism and Buddhism, taking action on injustice, teaching and above all connecting people in love and kindness through yoga workshops and retreats. You can read more about Emily here.

ABOUT FALLS CREEK
Falls Creek is situated in Victoria’s North East Region, located on the stunning Bogong High Plains surrounded by the Alpine National Park. Being in an alpine environment is breathtaking, relaxing and restorative.
Falls Creek resort is an all season destination, with a small village with only a supermarket and a handful of restaurants operating in the non-winter period. Those that visit are attracted to activities such as hiking, mountain biking, wildlife and flora viewing, road cycling and water sports on our Rocky Valley Lake. Whilst the main attraction is the snowsports in winter, there are also activities available such as tennis, hire bikes and water craft, trout fishing, explore the historical mountain huts and museum.
Travelling from Melbourne is approximately 4.5 – 5 hours drive; from Albury it is 2 hours; and Bright is 1 ¼ hours. Please allow for extra time for travelling – the last 30 km is a gentle, windy road and you might want to make the most of the views!
