Private Classes & Group Bookings
You can book in a private class with Emily for one or more people.
Contact Emily to discuss booking private classes or other collaborations. She is particularly interested in working with community groups, women (including new mums), small businesses wishing to assist themselves and their employees with dealing with stress, and anyone wanting to utilise yoga & meditation to balance stress & other activities in their life (running, skiing, climbing etc). Prices can be negotiated depending on the number of students or organisational needs.
Emily has space at her own home for classes of up to 6 people or is happy to come to your home or a location that suits. Emily will work with you to develop a class plan that suits your needs. For private classes all props are provided (including blankets, blocks and straps) – please just wear comfortable clothes.
Interested in a Private Class?
Emily has experience delivering private classes for groups, couples and individuals including yoga as part of their holiday or activities in the Bright area, as well as working with community groups for classes to meet their specific needs. Classes can incorporate Yoga, Meditation and aspects of ritual & ceremony too if requested (ie. welcome circles). Flow or Yin styles can be provided to suit the individual or group and complement other activities. Kids and Teen yoga classes also available.
She regularly teaches for:

- couple or small group bookings
Private classes usually start from $100 for 2 people (with an extra $10 per additional person) for an hour to 75 minute class.
If you wish to book in a longer class or workshop, have a large group (10 or more) or you wants to book in a series of classes for kids, corporate or community groups please contact Emily to discuss your group’s needs and budget.
Private classes are a great opportunity to get one on one instruction for your body type and at a time that suits you. They are particularly useful for people who are new to yoga or are coming back to it from injury or other conditions.
Emily can work with you one on one (or in small groups or 2 or 3 to reduce costs) to give individual attention. A class may be focused on physical asana (postures) to build strength or flexibility for your particular body type or they may include meditation & relaxation techniques to assist you to bring more balance into your life.
Private classes cost $100 for an hour and include pre-class discussion and follow up resources.
You can purchase a 4-class package for $350 if you would like to work consistently over a period to deepen your practice, prepare to return to group classes or work towards a specific state of wellbeing.
